Terms of Business

To give you an idea of how we work here are some key Terms of Business we need you to agree to these before we proceed any further:

 

Prices

• Our Rate

  • £60 for the first hour - Every day I attend your site

  • £40 per hour thereafter

• Keith does not charge VAT.

• Occasionally jobs may overrun and result in a higher cost due to unforeseen circumstances Keith will communicate with you if this is the case.

• We do not remove large amounts of waste, we can arrange collection with an external party or the customer can organise this.

• Invoices are sent via email, and we politely ask that you pay that within 24 hours failure to do so will result in the current rate of “statutory interest” being applied - no one like to chase for money!

 

Materials

• If materials need to be collected on the day of works then Keith will charge you for this time within the hourly rate.

• Keith has many general things in his tool box but we ask you to purchase as many of the specific materials as possible for your job– alternatively Keith will charge you for his time and mileage to order and collect this for you. Some items may be delivered straight to the customer’s site.

• All materials will be charged at cost price plus 20%

 

Other

• Keith is fully insured for the work he does and may on occasion bring additional team members to support him who are also insured.

• Any appointments cancelled within 36 Hours will be charged at 50% of the anticipated income.

• There may be occasions when due to unforeseen circumstances such as the weather we will need to change the date/time of works.

• Photographs may be taken of projects and may be used in marketing materials if you do not wish for this to happen, please advise us before project commencement.

• Keith will require guaranteed parking to ensure all his tools are safe and easy access to his vehicle - ideally on site of just outside the road immediately outside your property.
